Functions
- Advise and assist the Rector in managing communication events, brand promotion activities, public relations, the university website, official fanpages, and discussion forums on Facebook.
- Organize brand promotion activities; manage and operate the university’s website; publish the university’s communication publications; and manage banners and slogans displayed on campus.
- Organize communication activities on mass media channels, social media platforms, and the university’s internal communication systems.
- Archive and manage the exploitation of image and video data of the university.
- Manage the team of event hosts and cultural/performing groups for university programs.
Duties
- Take the lead in collecting, publishing information, and administering the website, fanpages, and other communication channels (subject to approval).
- Organize and manage the network of collaborators to collect news and report on university activities through mass media (newspapers, television) and the university’s fanpages and Facebook forums.
- Manage and operate the university’s studio and the university television channel on YouTube (ICC).
- Be responsible for the content and presentation of communication information; manage facilities and equipment serving communication and media activities.
- Organize the production of yearbooks, internal newsletters, and other university publications.
- Lead the drafting of press releases for commemorative ceremonies, conferences, and major events.
- Manage social media accounts, monitor information related to university activities, and support online responses on Facebook for certain university activities (as assigned).
- Be responsible for managing and supervising external organizations that cooperate in promoting products to students on campus.
- Act as the focal point for developing and implementing the university’s brand promotion plans.
- Prepare and support the organization of performances, stage programs, and event hosting for university activities.
- Develop relationships with mass media agencies to promote and publicize the university’s brand.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Rectors.
