Introduction
The Faculty of Fundamental Sciences was established in 2004 according to the decision of the Rector of Industrial College IV.
Functions and Responsibilities
The Faculty of Fundamental Sciences is responsible for equipping students with fundamental and foundational knowledge so that they can effectively approach and acquire specialized knowledge in economic and technical fields. In addition, through teaching activities, the Faculty also provides students with methods of thinking, approaches, and problem‑solving skills.
With high professional qualifications and expertise, lecturers of the Faculty of Fundamental Sciences deliver fundamental knowledge and thinking skills to students, enabling them to easily understand and effectively apply knowledge in their respective fields, thereby strengthening their specialized knowledge.
Faculty and Staff
The Faculty of Fundamental Sciences consists of three departments:
- Department of Mathematics
- Department of Physics
- Department of Education.
Currently, the Faculty of Fundamental Sciences has 44 lecturers and 1 staff member, including 7 PhDs, 36 master's degree holders, and 1 bachelor. All lecturers of the Faculty have received formal and well‑structured training in their respective fields from reputable universities both domestically and internationally.
