International Business is rapidly emerging as a driving force in preparing the skilled workforce demanded for the import–export, logistics, trade, and global supply chain sectors in an era of global economic integration. In response to these needs, updating and adjusting training programs to meet international standards and align closely with business practices has become essential.
On December 28, 2025, the International Business Department at IUH held a workshop themed “Internationalizing the Curriculum: Review, Adjustment, and Change,” bringing together experts, enterprises, and alumni to gather input and shape the direction of their training programs.
On December 28, 2025, the International Business Department at IUH held a workshop themed “Internationalizing the Curriculum: Review, Adjustment, and Change,” bringing together experts, enterprises, and alumni to gather input and shape the direction of their training programs.

Participants included faculty leadership, faculty members, enterprise representatives in key sectors, and alumni working domestically and internationally.
The workshop provided a forum for enterprises and alumni to evaluate learning outcomes, curriculum structure, and program relevance to labor market demands. As a result, participants proposed actionable recommendations, including revising course content, introducing new modules on global trends, and enhancing soft skills training. These outcomes aim to modernize the curriculum, make it more applicable to real-world business, and better align with international standards.
In addition, the workshop collected feedback on a proposed Master's-level International Business program. A key outcome was the signing of memoranda of understanding between the Faculty of Commerce and Tourism (IUH) and enterprises. This initiative will strengthen university–enterprise linkages and create more internship, employment, and career development opportunities for students.
