To promote Vietnamese tea culture among students, the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH), in collaboration with Nam Á Commercial Bank and the Đôi Dép brand, hosted the seminar "Nam A Bank – Tea Industry Ecosystem and Learn About Vietnamese Tea Culture." This program successfully disseminated knowledge about Vietnamese tea culture to a wide audience of teachers and students across the university, fostering a blend of corporate and educational cultures within the context of Vietnamese tea artistry.

Tea culture is an eternal topic filled with fascinating stories that offer profound human insights, blending seamlessly into life and reflecting the spirit of the times. On the afternoon of May 13, the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, in cooperation with Nam Á Bank and the Đôi Dép brand, solemnly organized the program "Nam Á Bank – Tea Industry Ecosystem and Learn About Vietnamese Tea Culture." This event represented a harmonious cultural collaboration among the three organizers, integrating Vietnamese tea culture to inspire a deep appreciation for tea culture in all participants.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Tran Khai Hoan, on behalf of the Organizing Committee, stated: "Vietnam is one of the largest tea-producing countries in the world and a cradle of the tea industry. Passionate about the tea industry and its green development strategy, Nam Á has partnered with the Đôi Dép brand to organize a series of seminars on the Tea Industry Ecosystem and Vietnamese tea culture. IUH was the first university we selected to co-host this program. Our aim is to help students learn about the history and development of Vietnamese tea culture, as well as to connect this cultural heritage with corporate governance. This, in turn, will help orient students' careers after graduation."

Sharing many concerns about Vietnamese Tea, Mr. Pham Cong Tuan Ha said: "The Japanese and Chinese tea ceremonies each have their unique beauty and traditional practices. The Chinese tea ceremony aims to bring tranquility, calmness, and meditation, allowing tea drinkers to fully experience the taste, bitterness, and sweetness of the tea. The Japanese tea ceremony is encapsulated by the principles of Harmony, Respect, Purity, and Tranquility, creating a harmonious environment where tea drinkers can feel happy and relaxed.

In contrast, the Vietnamese tea ceremony reflects the flexible nature of the Vietnamese people, offering a variety of tea-drinking spaces. This flexibility means that Vietnamese tea corners are not fixed in form or confined to a tea house. Open spaces, serene settings, and rustic environments are characteristic of Vietnamese tea drinking. People can enjoy a cup of fresh tea anywhere, whether by a car, at a train station, or at a market gate, in a very comfortable and casual manner.."

Within the framework of the program, the seminar on Vietnamese tea culture and the connection in corporate culture attracted the attention of many lecturers and especially more than 200 students. Sharing from the perspective of corporate culture, Mr. Vo Hoang Hai – Deputy General Director of Nam Á emphasized that the connectivity of the past and present of Tea is also what Nam Á has always aimed for during more than 30 years of establishment and development, while Ms. Dam Sao Mai – Vice Rector looked at Viet Tea in terms of the benefits that Tea can bring for the economy, especially with tourism and tea products.

At the end of the program, Dr. Phan Hong Hai – IUH Rector expressed a few words: "Through the seminar, the enthusiastic sharing from the speakers brought a lot of knowledge and interesting experiences to teachers and students. I hope that in the new stages of the school, there will always be the companionship of Nam Á and vice versa". In addition, Dr. Hai thanked Nam A Bank - Tan Dinh branch for connecting with the university and Đôi Dép brand for bringing knowledge and experience to students.

Also within the framework of the program, a tea island was made in H-house lobby, where typical Vietnamese tea products are displayed. The teachers and students at the school also enjoyed the tea products directly brewed by the tea masters and told interesting stories around the tea table.
