In the afternoon of December 28, 2021, at the Research Meeting Room 3, Branch 12 – Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City solemnly held a ceremony to award the 30-year-old Party badge to Comrade Nguyễn Văn Bình - Member of the 12th Branch - Lecturer of the Faculty of Business Administration.

Attending the ceremony was Mr. Trần Xuân Điền – Party Secretary of the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Grassroots Division in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City, Comrade. Trịnh Thị Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc, Comrade Phan Hồng Hải - Secretary of the Party Committee, the Rector, Comrade Hoàng Đơ- Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School and all members of the 12th branch.

Comrade Nguyễn Văn Bình was born on October 21, 1967, joined the Party on May 23, 1991 at the Party Committee of Company 32, General Department of Logistics, retired in 2010 under the military regime with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Since 2010, Comrade Nguyễn Văn Bình has been a lecturer in the Faculty of Business Administration, Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City. Thirty years of striving, training and maturing, Comrade Nguyễn Văn Bình always completes all assigned tasks well, always preserves the qualities of Party members in professional work and living, is an example for the young generation to follow.
