On the morning of 20/12/2022, Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City welcomed the external assessment team of the Center for Education Accreditation - Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City for the official survey of education quality assessment complying Circular 12/2017 / TT-GDDT of the Ministry of Education and Training. This is the 2nd-cycle educational institution accreditation implemented in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training. The delegation will work from 20 to 24, December 2022 with many activities taking place at the institution.
The external assessment delegation consists of Dr. Nguyễn Đức Nghĩa – Head of evaluation team, Former Deputy Director of Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City; M.A. Hoàng Thọ Phú - Head of Quality Assurance Department, University of Economics - Law - Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City - Secretary of the evaluation team; Assoc. Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dr. Phan Hồng Hải - Rector of Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City is pleased to welcome the external evaluation delegation of the Quality Accreditation Center - Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. IUH implemented institutional accreditation for the first time in 2016. In this time, the delegation will see that the conclusions and recommendations in the previous accreditation have been mended by IUH and there have been clear improvements. IUH has made efforts to build an internal quality assurance system. The culture of quality assurance has formed and spread to each member of staff. The second-cycle educational institution accreditation is an important event attracting the participation and cooperation of units throughout IUH.

After the opening ceremony, the evaluation delegation will study the evidence dossier, discuss, and interview such groups as Rector Board, Internal Assessment Council, Party Committee, unions; managers; learners; lecturers; support team; business; alumni. Also, within the framework of the program, the external evaluation delegation will visit facilities, classrooms, simulation rooms, laboratory rooms.
