Promoting the strengths of both parties, the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH) and Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 officially signed a cooperation agreement to enhance operational effectiveness in line with their respective functions and missions.On November 14, 2025, IUH and Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 formalized their partnership, opening diverse opportunities in training, research, and real-world experience for students, especially in electrical engineering.

Attending the ceremony from IUH were: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Huỳnh Trung Hiếu, Chair of the University Council; Dr. Trần Thanh Ngọc, Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Technology, together with leaders of affiliated units. From Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 were: Mr. Lê Cao Quyền, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyễn Chí Quang, Board Member; and leaders of specialized departments. The ceremony also welcomed Prof. Trần Quốc Tuấn, Research Director in Nuclear and Alternative Energy in the Republic of France.
Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 is one of Vietnam’s leading consultancy units in the power sector, equipped with modern facilities, advanced technologies and software, and a highly skilled workforce capable of delivering technical and technological solutions to the power industry and clients.
Based on each party’s strengths, both sides agreed to cooperate in the following key areas:
- Scientific Research and New Technologies: Jointly tackling emerging challenges in Vietnam’s power system, such as renewable energy, LNG power plants, nuclear energy, and flexible power sources, is integrated. Maximizing available resources to research and develop practical, application-oriented products.
- Training and Human Resource Development: Supporting IUH graduate students and PhD candidates with thesis and dissertation supervision. Organizing internships and field trips at power projects. Co-hosting professional workshops and seminars. Deploying experts from Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4 to teach and share industry experience; IUH provides internal training or technical consultancy when needed. Collaborating on short-term courses, online programs, and postgraduate training
- Research – Technology Transfer – Commercialization of New Products: Co-developing and testing new products or software. Registering patents and utility solutions, and sharing intellectual property rights on a mutual basis. Cooperating in technology transfer and applying technical standards in production and training.
