To advance this priority, at the beginning of 2026, IUH lecturers undertook a working trip for teaching and academic exchange at Kasem Bundit University, one of the University’s strategic partners in Thailand.
Amid the joyful atmosphere of welcoming the Vietnamese Lunar New Year, Ms. Phạm Đặng Nhật Nguyên, a lecturer from the Faculty of Business Administration at IUH, brought the spirit of Vietnamese spring to the classrooms of Kasem Bundit University from January 12 to 22, 2026. There, she taught courses in Marketing and participated in various academic and cultural exchange activities, including campus visits, academic presentations, a visit to Wat Arun, and a festival introducing Thai culture.
Student representatives and Mr. Aekkapon of Kasem Bundit University expressed their gratitude to Ms. Ngô Thị Thùy Như, a lecturer at the Faculty of Foreign Languages at IUH in Vietnam.

Moreover, the atmosphere of the Vietnamese Lunar New Year was recreated right in the classroom with yellow apricot blossoms, peach blossoms, activities making bánh phục linh, and writing New Year wishes on red envelopes. These red envelopes, carrying early spring greetings, became a warm cultural bridge between Vietnamese students and their international friends.
Reflecting on the trip, Ms. Phạm Đặng Nhật Nguyên said: “The trip helped me exchange professional knowledge and learn teaching methods, classroom organization, and ways of handling pedagogical situations with the lecturers of our partner university. I sincerely thank Kasem Bundit University for its thoughtful hospitality, and I also thank the IUH Board of Rectors, the Faculty leadership, and related units for creating favorable conditions for me to successfully complete this working trip.”
Sharing a similar sentiment, Ms. Ngô Thị Thùy Như stated: “Being able to teach and engage in academic exchange in an international environment was a meaningful experience, helping me broaden my professional perspective while also giving me the opportunity to introduce Vietnamese culture to international friends. I truly appreciate the support from the University and our partner, which contributed to making this a valuable academic journey.”
This academic exchange trip not only enhanced the teaching capacity of IUH lecturers but also solidified the University’s status as a key contributor to a dynamic and expanding network of international educational cooperation.
