Training workshop on developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 18-06-2020
On June 18 - 19, 2020, at the Research Room 3, the Testing and Quality Assurance Department collaborated with BUILD-IT to organize a workshop on designing the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for university governance.
In the workshop, Ph.D. Kathy Wigal from Arizona State University introduced and instructed about Strategic Management and KPIs; effective modeling, building and mapping strategic goals; and selecting performance indicators. This workshop was an important part of the Building University-Industry Learning and Development through Innovation and Technology (BUILD-IT)
