Training workshop for writing self-assessment report at educational institution level in AUN-QA standards 10-06-2020

On June 10, 2020, at the Research Room 3, the Testing and Quality Assurance Department collaborated with AUN - QA professional auditors to organize a training on how to write an educational institution-level of self-assessment report (SAR) to prepare for the upcoming AUN - QA audit..

With rich experiences as an auditor, Mr. Johnson Ong Chee Bee (Founder and Principal Consultant of the Education Quality International (EQI), AUN - QA senior expert) and Dr. Nguyen Thi Ngoc My (Vice Director of the Center for Educational Testing and Quality Assessment of Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, AUN - QA auditor) exchanged and shared a lot of experiences as well as regulations on how to prepare SAR under AUN - QA standards to serve the preparation of records and documents for the institution-level audit in 2021.

The AUN-QA assessment report will be based on the information provided in the university's SAR, evidence, field survey results, and stakeholder interviews (e.g., the university's critical leaders, lecturers, administrative officers, students, alumni, and employers). AUN-QA's assessment fundamental principles are objective, fair, and evidence-based.

The training workshop will take place in 4 days, of which the first session will occur on 10-11 June 2020, and the second session will occur on 16-17 June 2020.

ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) standard is a set of education quality standards developed by the Network of Southeast Asian Universities, which based on ensuring compatibility with the standards of the US and Europe. It is also approved by the ministers of ASEAN countries to use consistently in universities of regional countries
