Publication of Appointments and Reappointments of Management Executives 31-07-2023
In the afternoon of July 31, 2023, Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City solemnly held a Ceremony to announce the Appointment and Reappointment of Management officers for the following units: Department of Finance and Accounting, Faculty of Basic Science and Faculty of Heat Refrigeration Engineering.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Phan Hong Hai – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the School Council; Mr. Huynh Trung Hieu – Vice Rector; Mr. Pham Trung Kien – Head of Human Resources and Administration, together with leaders, lecturers and staff of Finance – Accounting Department, Faculty of Basic Science and Faculty of Heat Refrigeration Engineering.
Mr. Pham Trung Kien – Head of Human Resources and Administration office announced the Decisions on the Appointment and Reappointment of Management Officers:
- Ms. Pham Thi Que Minh was appointed as the Dean of Finance and Accounting office.
- Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan Anh was reappointed as the Deputy Dean of Faculty of Heat Refrigeration Engineering
- Mr. Do Hoai Vu was reappointed as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Basic Sciences
Also at the ceremony, Ms. Pham Thi Que Minh receive the Decision to be appointed as the Chief Accountant of Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City.

On behalf of the school's leaders, Mr. Phan Hong Hai handed over the Reappointment Decisions and delivered speeches assigning work tasks to the reappointed officials. "With the trust of the unit and the School Administration, the teachers who received the Appointment and Reappointment Decision today need to try harder in the management at the unit, helping the unit develop, contributing to the overall development of the whole school" – Mr. Phan Hong Hai emphasized.

Accepting the task, the representative of the appointed and reappointed management officials, Ms. Pham Thi Que Minh – Head of Finance and Accounting Office thanked the leaders, the University Rector Board, and units for their attention, facilitating and helping in the work. In addition, she acknowledged the efforts in the work of the appointed, and reappointed management officers, taking it as both an honor, a pride, and a responsibility. At the same time, she affirmed that she will always strive hard, constantly learn, try harder in her work, maintain moral qualities, political bravery, and successfully complete assigned tasks.
