Each year, the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH) holds two enrollment batches for master's and doctoral programs and awards diplomas to new master's graduates. This marks the first batch of 2025.
On the morning of March 15, IUH held a solemn opening ceremony for the doctoral training program (Course 8B) and the master's program (Course 14B), along with the degree awarding ceremony for master's graduates from August and November 2024.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Phan Hong Hai, Rector of the University; Dr. Le Ngoc Son, Director of the Institute of International and Postgraduate Education; and leaders from the Institute of Environmental Science, Technology and Management, the Faculty of Electrical Technology, Electronic Technology, Information Technology, and the Faculty of Business Administration.
Dr. Phan Hong Hai, Rector of the University, warmly congratulated the new master's and doctoral students, acknowledging the hard work and dedication required to achieve their accomplishments. He emphasized, "I hope you will continue to learn, research, innovate, and constantly improve yourselves. The University team hopes you will become a bridge, maintaining collaboration with the University in research, training, and professional development."
Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Thoa, a new doctoral student and recent master's graduate, shared her feelings: "As the Rector mentioned, 'it is really not easy to get a master's degree.' However, with the enthusiastic guidance, knowledge, and life values imparted by our teachers, the journey became more manageable. As a new master's graduate and a PhD student, I clearly understand that this is just the beginning of a long journey ahead. My classmates and I will strive to keep learning, sharing experiences, and building a stronger, more connected knowledge community.
