Job Recruitment Day 2023" at IUH attracts nearly 6,000 students 12-05-2023
Nearly 60 domestic and foreign enterprises directly participated in interviewing and recruiting workers during the "Recruitment and Employment Day 2023" at the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City on May 12.
Collaboratively organized by the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH) and the Youth Employment Service Center, the event attracted more than 6,000 students.
Following the success of previous years, this year’s event keeps affirming quality, prestige and reliability for both employers and employees. Therefore, nearly 60 domestic and foreign enterprises have joined, more than 6,000 students have participated in accessing the labor market.

Speaking at the Opening Ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dam Sao Mai – the Vice Rector, said: "Training high-quality human resources, in accordance with the requirements of the current labor market is always a top priority of the University. The school organizes this network event help students access to job opportunities in their major. This is also an opportunity for the University to implement cooperation activities with businesses in a more sustainable and cohesive way".

"Recruitment and Employment Day 2023" is accompanied by the gold sponsor: Nam A Bank Tan Dinh branch. The event accommodates a scale of 70 booths with many domestic and foreign enterprises participating such as: Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Nam A Bank Tan Dinh branch), Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank), MISA Joint Stock Company, Duy Tan Plastic Company, TMA Solutions, ... operating in many fields such as: Economics - finance, information technology, mechanics - electricity - electronics, construction, environment, tourism - restaurants - hotels, food ... These businesses have had a cooperative relationship with the school for many years.

Thousands of students have found full-time, part-time jobs that suit them and can participate in the second-round interviews from businesses right at the 2023 Job and Recruitment Day at IUH.

"After reviewing my application and interviewing in person, the recruiters of the Engineer in Japan program accepted my application. From May 6, I will participate in the Japanese language course of the program. This is an opportunity for me, and I hope I will be able to develop my career in Japan after graduation," said Viet Hoang, a student of Class 16 of the Faculty of Civil Engineering.
Meanwhile, Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuyen – Deputy Director of Nam A Bank Tan Dinh branch, said: "IUH is an important partner of Nam A Bank in human resources. IUH students can learn quickly and are very active and confident. When they come to intern at the bank, we highly appreciate their professional knowledge as well as skills. This time, Nam A Bank Tan Dinh branch interviewed hundreds of potential candidates. This year, student participation at our recruitment booth increased in quantity and quality, compared to previous years."
