Dr. Nguyen Trung Nhan noted:

"Over the past one and a half months of collecting student feedback for this conference, 17 grassroots-level dialogues were held. The Youth Union also gathered a significant number of responses through online surveys. Most of the student feedback was constructive and has been acknowledged by the university for timely adjustments moving forward."

At the conference, Mr. Le Van Hoang presented a report on student satisfaction, highlighting key issues of concern.

The panel of moderators included:

Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hong – Vice Rector

Mr. Hoang Do – Head of Political Affairs and Student Support

Dr. Nguyen Trung Nhan – Head of the Training Department

Mr. Le Van Hoang – Secretary of the Youth Union

During the open dialogue, students raised various practical concerns. Many students voiced concerns about the reported annual 10% rise in tuition fees. In response, Dr. Nguyen Trung Nhan clarified:

"The 10% increase per year for standard programs is the maximum stated in the university's annual enrollment plan. However, IUH has never applied the full 10% increase to any program. Actual increases in most programs have ranged from 5–6% per year."

Regarding English language graduation requirements, Mr. Nguyen Truong Sa reminded students to rely on official information from the university's website and fan page. He warned against misinformation from external advertising channels. Dr. Nguyen Trung Nhan added that the university has updated its English proficiency policies for students starting from Cohort 20 and will conduct annual English assessments to measure and improve effectiveness.

Another topic of concern raised was smoking in the dormitories. Student Lan from the Institute of Environmental Science and Management shared that this negatively affected communal living. In response, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hong pledged that the university would soon issue strict regulations to handle this issue and ensure a healthy learning environment.

Additionally, many questions were addressed regarding academic affairs, facilities, extracurricular activities, and more. The conference showcased IUH's commitment to transparency, democracy, and responsiveness in its administration.

Many students actively raised questions and suggestions during the event.

The Student Dialogue Conference is a meaningful and practical activity that helps foster a friendly, open, and democratic learning environment. It also enhances comprehensive training quality and strengthens the university's and its students' connection.
