IUH Receives Certificate of Merit from the Party Executive Committee of Central Agencies in Ho Chi Minh City 02-04-2024

On March 28, 2024, the Party Committee of Central Agencies in Ho Chi Minh City held the 19th Expanded Bloc Party Executive Committee Meeting. The conference aimed to review and evaluate the quality ratings for party organizations, party members, and collectives, as well as individual leaders and managers in 2023. It also included a summary of Party building work in the first quarter of 2024 and outlined orientations and key tasks for the second quarter of 2024.

Attending the conference were representatives of Party Committee leaders, members of the Standing Committee of the Bloc Party, members of the Executive Committee of the Bloc Party Committee, members of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc, and Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committee, along with grassroots branches and the collectives and individuals who were rewarded.

Representing the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, Comrade Huynh Trung Hieu, a member of the Party Committee and Vice Rector of the university, and Comrade Hoang Do, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Head of the Political Work and Student Support Department.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc praised and rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in 2023. These included excellent completion of typical tasks, good records in developing new party members, strong performance in branch activities, notable achievements in the work of the Office of the Party Committee, and excellence in carrying out the Party's inspection and supervision work.

On this occasion, Industrial University of Ho Chi minh City was honored to receive 05 certificates of merit from the Party Committee of Central Agencies in Ho Chi Minh City for outstanding achievements in the implementation of the Party's inspection and supervision work in 2023.

The individual prize was awarded to comrade Pham Thi Que Minh – Party Member, Deputy Chairman of the Party Inspection Committee of Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City for excellent achievements in carrying out the Party's inspection and supervision work.

These achievements are attributed to the positive changes in Party affairs and Party development efforts within the school, as well as the attention of the Party Committee of Central Agencies in Ho Chi Minh City and the active coordination of relevant organizations. As one of the units boasting a large number of Party members (more than 700 Party members), the Party Committee of the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City has consistently maintained a disciplined routine, strictly adhering to Party regulations, and actively engaging in movements initiated by the Party Committee of Central Agencies in Ho Chi Minh City. Particularly, it is important to notice the Party Committee's success in recruiting more than 120 new Party members in 2023, establishing itself as a leading unit in terms of new Party member recruitment within the Party Committee.
