From May 16–18, 2025, the Faculty of Electronic Engineering at the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH) hosted the 8th International Conference on Circuits, Systems, and Simulation (ICCSS 2025) and the 7th International Conference on Signal Processing Systems (SSPS 2025).
The Conferences Attracted Renowned Scientists Worldwide
These two recurring specialized conferences gathered experts and researchers in electronics, microelectronics, signal processing, AI, and quantum computing. The conferences aimed to provide an in-depth academic forum connecting the global and domestic scientific communities while fostering interdisciplinary research collaboration.
Attendees included:
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dam Sao Mai – Vice Rector of IUH
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trinh Ngoc Nam – Head of the Department of Science Management and International Cooperation
- Dr. Le Ngoc Son – Director of the Institute of International and Graduate Training
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mai Thang Long – Dean of the Faculty of Electronic Engineering
- Along with leaders of faculties/institutes, lecturers, scientists, and top international speakers.
The event welcomed over 400 delegates, including authors and researchers from Vietnam, China, India, the USA, Japan, South Korea, Germany, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, and Taiwan. This turnout reflects the growing reputation of IUH as a host for international scientific conferences.
Scientific Contributions and Publications
This year, the Organizing Committee received 108 scientific papers, of which 46 were selected for presentation at the conference.
- Papers from ICCSS 2025 will be published in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.
- Papers from SSPS 2025 will be included in the Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering series (Springer), indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, INSPEC, and SCImago.
The conference featured a plenary session with keynote speeches from leading international scientists, focusing on core technology trends such as integrated electronics, microchip design, quantum computing, and AI applications.
In addition, six parallel technical sessions explored specialized topics, including:
- Design structure and system simulation for digital electronics
