The hypothetical situation is that the laboratory on the 5th floor, building F of IUH has an electrical shock.
Fires and explosions ensued and spread from floor to floor, causing many items to catch fire.
The rehearsal was safe, efficient, and as scripted.
Block F, Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City is about 640 m2, 8 floors and 1 terrace. This is where many laboratories are located, at its peak inside the building there were about 1,500 people.
