ESTEC awarded 4 PLC programming kits S7-1200 to IUH 12-01-2023
On the morning of 12/01/2023, at Conference Room E2, IUH held the ceremony of handing over the funding of educational equipment of East Sea Automatic Electrical Technology Engineering Company Limited (ESTEC) to the Faculty of Electrical Technology.

Attending the handover ceremony, ESTEC sent Mr. Vương Ngọc Hoàng – Director; Mr. Lê Hoàng Phúc - Technical Manager; Mr. Trần Văn Hiếu, Manager of Siemens DI Vietnam Training Center. IUH sent Assoc.Prof. Dr. Đàm Sao Mai – Vice Rector; Assoc.Prof. Dr. Trịnh Ngọc Nam - Head of Science Management and International Affairs; Faculty Leaders, Department Heads, lecturers, and students of the Faculty of Electrical Technology attended.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Đàm Sao Mai expressed her sincere thanks to ESTEC and Siemens for always accompanying the school during the past time. "Thanks to the close cooperation between the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and strategic partners such as ESTES and Siemens, the University has trained highly skilled students in the field of Electrical Engineering and Automation", Ms. Mai said she also hopes this partnership will be maintained and the cooperation strengthened further not only in training but also in research and technology transfer.

In response, Mr. Vương Ngọc Hoàng – Director of ESTEC congratulates on the successes that IUH has achieved in recent years, and he also expressed his confidence in the school's development strategy in the coming years. He also said that the upcoming cooperation roadmap between the company and the Faculty of Electrical Technology will focus on training cooperation, coordinating the organization of professional seminars in the field of Automation. "We hope that we will play a part in improving the quality of training of the school."

The equipment sponsored in the ceremony includes 4 PLC S7-1200 programming kits, using current automation technologies on the market. These devices will contribute to helping students of the Faculty of Electrical Technology have conditions to study, research and access the latest technologies and techniques in the field of automation.
