Ceremony of Appointment Decision Announcement on Management Officer 01-06-2023
On the morning of 01/06/2023, Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City solemnly held a Ceremony to announce the Decision on Appointment and Reappointment of Management Officers for the following units: Faculty of Electronics Technology, Institute of Biotechnology and Food, Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Information Technology and Department of Administration.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Phan Hong Hai – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the School Council; Mr. Huynh Trung Hieu – Vice Rector; Mr. Pham Trung Kien – Head of Human Resource and Administration Office, together with leaders, lecturers and staff of units of the Faculty of Electronic Technology, Institute of Biology and Food, Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Information Technology and Human Resource and Administration Office.
Mr. Pham Trung Kien – Head of Human Resource and Administration Office announced the Decisions on the Appointment and Reappointment of Management Officers. Details as follows:
- Mr. Le Nhat Duy holds the position of Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology.
- Mr. Mai Thang Long continues to hold the position of Dean of the Faculty of Electronic Technology.
- Mr. Nguyen Ba Thanh continues to hold the position of Director of the Institute of Biotechnology and Food.
- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long continues to hold the position of Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration.
- Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Son continues to hold the position of Deputy Faculty of Electronics Technology.
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Nguyet continues to hold the position of Deputy Director of Institute of Biotechnology and Food.
- Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh Truong continues to hold the position of Deputy Faculty of Business Administration.
- Ms. Dinh Hong Nam continues to hold the position of Deputy Head of Management Department.
Mr. Pham Trung Kien announced the Decisions on Reappointment of Management Officers.
Mr. Phan Hong Hai handed over the Decision on Appointment of Management Officer to the Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, Director of the Institute of Biotechnology and Food, Dean of the Faculty of Electronic Technology.
Mr. Huynh Trung Hieu – Vice Principal of the school, handed over the decision to appoint the Management Officer to Mr. Le Nhat Duy.
Mr. Phan Hong Hai handed over the Decision on Appointment of Management Officer to the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Electronic Technology, Deputy Head of Management Department and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration.
On behalf of the school's leaders, Mr. Phan Hong Hai handed over the Reappointment Decisions and delivered speeches assigning work tasks to the reappointed officials. "With the trust of the unit and the School Administration, the teachers who received the Appointment and Reappointment Decision today need to try harder in the management at the unit, helping the unit develop, contributing to the overall development of the whole school" – Mr. Phan Hong Hai emphasized.
Mr. Phan Hong Hai delivered the assignment speech at the ceremony.
Accepting the task, the representative of the appointed and reappointed management officer, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long – Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, would like to thank the collective of leaders, the School Rector Board and units for their attention, facilitating and helping in the work and acknowledging the efforts in the work of the appointed and reappointed management officers. At the same time, he promised and affirmed that he would always strive hard, constantly learn, try harder in his work, maintain moral qualities, political bravery, and successfully complete assigned tasks.
