"As women are feminine beauty" – International Women's Day Celebration Program at Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City 09-03-2023

In the exciting atmosphere to celebrate the 113th anniversary of International Women's Day (08/3/1910-08/3/2023) and 1983 years of the Two Trưng Ladies’ Uprising, in the afternoon of March 8, 2023, the Information and Communication Center cooperated with the IUH Union to organize a series of programs themed "As women are feminine beauty".

The seminar " As women are feminine beauty " took place at Hall E4. Attendees of the seminar include Rector Board, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hong - Vice Rector, Ms. Dam Sao Mai - Vice Rector, Mr. Pham Thanh Tung - Chairman of the School Union, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuong - Director of Information and Communication Center, members of the Executive Committee of the Union, the women's committee and nearly 200 ladies who are IUH faculty, staff, and workers. The program is accompanied by two sponsors, Huy Nguyen Group and Curves Vietnam.

In his opening speech, Mr. Pham Thanh Tung, on behalf of the Executive Committee of the University's Union, congratulated the female unionists and female students on International Women's Day 8/3 and emphasized the important role of "women" in the work of the University's Union as well as the overall development of the University.

At the beginning of the seminar "As women are feminine beauty", the sponsor of Curves Vietnam program created an exciting atmosphere with the warm-up exercise "Healthy with Curves". With only a short-time exercise, women can be healthy to complete their work. At the seminar, union members listened and shared about how to build a style presented by MC, stylist Nguyen Hai Van and how to take care of the scalp from Hair & scalp care training expert from Kerastase brand (belonging to L'Oreal Professionnel Group) Pham Thanh Nguyen.

As part of the series of programs to celebrate March 8, Mini Workshop "Healthy with Curves" – Body Index Analysis and Exercise Nutrition program of Curves Vietnam has also attracted nearly 100 lecturers and staff to participate. At the program, Curves introduced and analyzed an overview of body index, giving some tips on the appropriate exercise and nutrition regime for everyone attending the program.
