Opening Ceremony of the Physical Education Teaching Contest for the academic year 2023 – 2024 22-04-2024

The teaching contest aims to substantially assess the professional qualifications and teaching methods of the teaching staff of Physical Education; On the morning of April 20, 2024 at Hall E2, Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH) held the Opening Ceremony of the Physical Education School-level Teaching contest for the academic year 2023 – 2024.

Attending the Opening Ceremony, there was Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hong – Vice Rector, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Lecturers' teaching contest, teachers of the Jury; Together with all lecturers from the Department of Physical Education of the Center for National Defense and Physical Education.

In his speech, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hong emphasized - This teaching contest is really a chance for teachers to show their talents, professional knowledge, and skills. This is also a very useful playground for lecturers to have the opportunity to learn, exchange and improve their profession to meet the requirements of school development. At the same time, Dr. Hong also reminded the Jury to work fairly, objectively, and accurately in evaluating the lectures, strictly comply with the rules and regulations set out by the Organizing Committee and send wishes to the teachers participating in the Teaching Contest to be confident and achieve high results.

The 2023-2024 university-level teaching contest will take place from April 24 to April 25, 2024, with the participation of seven permanent lecturers from the PE&ND Center at IUH. Each instructor will present 50-minute practical lectures and answer questions from the judges regarding methods to enhance student comprehension of techniques, common mistakes, and correction strategies.

With the thoughtful and active preparation of the lecturers, along with sincere suggestions from the Organizing Committee, our jury can be confident that the university-level teaching contest for PE&ND subjects in the 2023-2024 school year will be successful.
