IUH cooperates with FDI Japan to train and supply human resources 11-03-2021
In the afternoon of March 10th, at IUH, there was a signing ceremony of cooperation between IUH and Japanese FDI enterprises in Vietnam on human resource supply and construction of Japan Lab technical research laboratory at the university.
The signing of cooperation between IUH and I.M.Link Vietnam Co., Ltd., Ryomo Vietnam Solutions Co., Ltd. and Sorimachi Vietnam Co., Ltd., aims to link the training, scientific and technical research with practice and improve the recruitment efficiency of Japanese enterprises.

According to the memorandum of cooperation, Japanese enterprises receive IUH students for internship, and recruit qualified students and consider building a Japan technical research laboratory at IUH. Meanwhile, IUH trains human resources and introduces suitable students to have internship at these enterprises.
In addition, 3 Japanese enterprises will also introduce information technology enterprises belonging to the Japan Business Association in Ho Chi Minh City, receive IUH students as interns and recruit them if there is demand.

Prof-doc. Le Van Tán – IUH Deputy Rector said that one of the upcoming focuses of IUH is to develop research cooperation to create industrial products with enterprises, and at the same time link with enterprises to build modern laboratories for training, scientific research and technology transfer with enterprises. The signing content is within the school oriential development plan.
In addition, the signing of the cooperation agreement between IUH and Japanese FDI enterprises is also one of the steps to achieve IUH's strategic goal in training high-quality human resources, creating practical and effective value from scientific research and technology transfer.

At the signing ceremony, enterprises from Japan wished long-term cooperation with IUH, and committed to recruiting and creating the best conditions for students of the university to practice and work at the enterprise.
Ms. Nguyen Huong Que - representative of Sorimachi Vietnam Co., Ltd., hopes that after the signing ceremony, the two sides will come up with more detailed plans to expedite students' training, creating conditions for students to have the opportunity to work in a Japanese company environment, the company will discuss further with the school about the establishment of a research laboratory at the school
