Enterprise Linkages

Fuji Electric Group, Japan sponsored modern equipment for the Faculty of Electrical Engineering 07-10-2015

The ceremony to hand over switchgear equipment sponsored by Fuji Electric Group for Faculty of Elctrical Engineering was organized successfully on June 10, 2015. The equipment package worth nearly 800 million will be used to build electronic instrument laboratory and power supply practice.

At the handover ceremony, there was representation of Mr. Lai Tuan Vuong - Representatives of Human Resource Development Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Mr. Kenji Sakamoto - Global Business Manager of Fuji Electric, Japan, Mr. Nguyen Tat Duong – General Director of Hao Phuong Ltd., representatives of the borad of rectors, the board of deans and all the lecturers and students of Faculty of Electrical Engineering.

Giving speech at the ceremony, Assoc.prof. Dr. Le Van Tan - Vice Rector of the university thanked for the attention and support from enterprise and also appreciated the good relationship between the university and the enterprise. He also pledged to use and exploit this laboratory in the most effective way for teaching and learning of lecturers and students of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering.

Toward the sponsored enterprise, Mr. Kenji Sakamoto - Head of Global Business Development Department of Fuji Electric Japan, highly appreciated the friendly relationship between the university and the enterprise. He also confirmed that this is the start of the long-term cooperation process  between the two sides.

After the ceremony, the participants and the students visited the new laboratory.
