IUH solemnly held the Closing Ceremony and awarded the 2023 Graduation Diploma 08-12-2023
From November 24 to December 3, 2023, in Hall E4, IUH conducted a solemn Closing Ceremony, conferring Bachelor's/Engineering degrees upon 6,565 students who have successfully completed their formal training at the institution.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hong, a Member of the Party Committee and Vice Rector of the university, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dam Sao Mai, a Party Member and Vice Rector of the University. Also in attendance were Faculty/Institute Deans, Department Heads, and lecturers from various Faculties/Institutes, all gathered to honor the achievements of the graduating students.
The highlight of the event was the participation of 6,565 new Bachelors/Engineers, encompassing 5,362 undergraduate graduates and 1,202 college graduates. Notably, academic evaluations revealed 52 graduates with Excellent titles and 107 students with Outstanding titles.
Amidst the joyous atmosphere, the ceremony also welcomed numerous parents, relatives, and friends who came to extend their heartfelt congratulations to the newly minted bachelors/engineers of IUH.

Addressing the ceremony on November 27, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hong, Vice Rector of the university, extended warm congratulations to the new Bachelors/Engineers who have successfully completed their training program and earned recognition as graduates at IUH. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hong highlighted the challenges faced during the two-year period affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, acknowledging the resilience, unity, courage, dynamism, and spirit of collaboration exhibited by all officials, employees, and students of the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City. He emphasized, "Despite feeling a bit disadvantaged and facing hardship, we have, through solidarity, consensus, and determination, overcome all difficulties and challenges to reach the finish line today."
Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hong expressed gratitude and heartfelt thanks to all staff, lecturers, and employees of the school for their unwavering efforts and dedication in successfully completing their tasks. He recognized their crucial role in supporting students, conducting scientific research, providing mentorship, and creating optimal conditions for a secure and conducive learning environment.

In this momentous ceremony, Luong Thi Xuan, a student from the Faculty of Fashion Garment Technology, Class 15, representing the 6,565 new Bachelors/Engineers, expressed her gratitude. She stated, "In addition to our personal efforts, we are indebted to the attention, guidance, and support of the school leaders, along with the humane approach of teachers who impart knowledge and experience. The success of a student brings joy to the teacher, and the success of a business brings happiness to the school. Teachers serve as candles, illuminating our dreams and fostering belief in a brighter future."

The graduation ceremony serves as a significant milestone, symbolizing the growth of students and concluding their four-year educational journey filled with numerous joys, sorrows, and the experience of various challenges. The newly minted Engineers/Bachelors are now officially "alumni," forever proud of their decision to become part of IUH four years ago.
The university holds firm in the belief that armed with the conferred degrees and the accumulated knowledge, skills, and experiences, the newly graduated engineers and bachelors will go on to achieve numerous successes in their careers, thereby contributing significantly to the construction of a robust and prosperous Vietnam.
